i would say in “one” word: web-connected-computerbased-learning-environment
That includes:
- computer based learning like tutorials study software, etc
- blending learning mixture between physical presence learning and corresponding softwaremodules
- microlearning bundle of different small e-learning contents such as posts in a blog
- social networking Sharing a datasphere like a wiki or a link page such as del.icio.us
- videoconferences
